Does the bill include wording that would expunge the DNA sample collected at arrest, if the suspect is not found guilty? If so, would it also be expunged if the suspect is found guilty of a lesser crime even if originally charges as a felony whether through plea bargain or reduction in charge?

This appears to be a good preventive measure; however, as often experienced once you find yourself in the legal system it's near impossible to extract yourself in whole. By default, the legal system was defined to punich criminals and law enforcement doesn't make that call so they simply pass the suspect on to the system for sorting out.
